Her practice is informed by her background as a Clinical Psychologist and Organisational development practitioner.
Tsheli has a passion for enabling the difference and similarities of individuals and teams, with a particular emphasis on visible and invisible diversity and using different ways of knowing. She also has a robust academic practice, having taught at Masters level in her field. Clients experience her as sincere, calm, and able to build trust and rapport in order to equally support and challenge them to show up at their best.
