Phil has over 20 years of leadership experience ranging from Sales, Project Management, Call Centre Operations through to Learning and Development. He is skilful in navigating complex organisation hierarchies and building effective relationships through demonstration of listening and understanding stated, and unstated needs. At the heart of his work is the drive to deliver performance through people and their teams.
As a Programme Manager, he works with Partners and Consultants to deliver a long-term global programme with a large multinational client. Supported by his high energy, Phil has the ability to make sense of complex moving parts which enables both the client and Sheppard Moscow team to be unified in their relationship and programme delivery goals which is to spark significant change in culture.
