As a project coordinator I thrive on bringing clarity, structure and heart to complex work. I care deeply about making systems smoother as it opens the way for people to be more connected and outcomes more meaningful – especially in human-centred environments.

Based outside of London in Oxfordshire, over the years I have successfully supported multiple portfolios and client lifecycles, working with client teams and my colleagues to ensure work is delivered seamlessly and with impact. I have also led key operational projects to advance efficiencies. My focus is on enabling impactful delivery – whether that’s through logistics, data insights, or system transitions – so that facilitators and clients can focus on what matters most: transformation and impact.

I’ve supported programmes with global reach, coordinating across time zones and managing psychometrics like MBTI, ECR, and DiSC. I led the implementation of Coaching.com, designed onboarding for new coaches, and helped transition a business from Dropbox to SharePoint, developing secure, user-friendly systems and training colleagues along the way. I’ve also contributed to the creation of a PowerBI dashboard to enhance access to data.

Before moving into consulting operations, I spent over a decade as a secondary science and mathematics teacher in both the UK and Australia. That experience taught me how to communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and build strong relationships – skills I now bring to every project I support. I believe in the power of thoughtful systems, collaborative learning, and small actions that make a big difference.

Witnessing transformation in people is a joy which I am privileged to experience daily through our work as a leadership development consultancy. I get energised when I get to support programmes that empower individuals and teams to grow deeply and find greater satisfaction in their lives.
