As an Organisation Development Consultant I help leaders and organisations navigate complexity and transformation through a human-centred, systemic approach. Grounded in psychology and coaching, my work supports leaders to build cultures where people thrive and performance endures.

Based in London, with international experience in Hong Kong and Dubai, I work with executive teams to evolve leadership culture, align people strategy with growth ambitions, and strengthen collaboration. I bring deep expertise in financial services having partnered with global banks including Lloyds Banking Group, where I led multi-phase transformation in Risk and Audit, and Investec Wealth & Investment, where I worked with the CEO and top 50 leaders to shape growth strategy and support M&A. As Interim Head of Learning & Leadership Development for Bank of America across EMEA and APAC, I led initiatives in 26 countries, including talent reviews, succession planning, and cultural transformation.

Beyond financial services, I’ve worked with organisations in healthcare, culture and the arts, retail and technology. I also design and facilitate leadership retreats, strategy sessions and systemic team coaching for senior teams, and coach C-suite leaders globally as a Hult Ashridge accredited coach and faculty member.

Earlier in my career, I held in-house HR and OD leadership roles in global banks and complex organisations. That experience grounds my consulting in pragmatism and credibility. I understand the pressures and politics of leading change from within. My superpower lies in creating the conditions for the “undiscussable” to be explored, helping leaders and teams make progress together in ways they can’t achieve alone.
