Guat Bee joined Sheppard Moscow in 2003 in Singapore, and continues to work with us as a key Associate in Asia Pacific. Clients appreciate her ability to span cultures, given her experiences with companies and joint ventures between Chinese and multi-national stakeholders.
She brings deep experience, practical focus and strong leadership skills. She combines the ability to challenge with a real sense of warmth and humour, enabling management teams to transform their organizations with people from very diverse ethnic groups, cultures and locations. She’s particularly interested in and adept at, supporting clients to create high performance team environments with common vision, strategy, goals, cultures and values and especially at shifting rigid hierarchical structures to this way of working.
