Dorothee has a keen interest in how organisations function as systems, and she focuses on the relational aspects of human interaction and change. This approach is influenced by her experience and training as a Systemic Psychotherapist as well as her work as an Organisation Development Practitioner.
Dorothee is a native German speaker who works globally with a variety of organisations. She observes and works with the patterns that individuals and teams create with each other and explores narratives that exist about organisational challenges and problems. Clients experience her as a caring and committed professional, who is also prepared to challenge, in order to enable breakthroughs and real business impact.
