Roger has specialised in OD and Change for 30 years, developing practical development interventions to support organizational change and new ways of working.
He is particularly interested in building engagement and commitment to change in order to make it sustainable and has a facilitation style which is both challenging and supportive of individuals. Through creating strong relationships, he encourages people to open up about what stops them moving forward and then provides encouragement to help them deal with any blocks they might face. He balances the ability to challenge with wit, humour and care. A former Partner of many years in Sheppard Moscow, Roger is based in the UK.
