In 2012, we will be looking to further expand our US business by the appointment of an Organisational Development consultant
based in the Chicago area who has considerable experience of working at depth with individuals, teams and whole systems.
Alongside your highly developed sense of self-awareness and your well-honed interpersonal and facilitation skills, we would
expect you to have great stories to tell about your hands-on experience in many of the following areas: Organisational Change
and Transformation, Large Group Interventions, Team Effectiveness, Employee Engagement, Leadership and Talent Development.
As our consulting work is often at some psychological depth, we'd need to know that you have undertaken significant
personal development along the way. We would also require you to have a track record of successful business development
and the ability to quickly contribute to bringing new consulting assignments and clients on stream.
