With an extensive multi-cultural business background, Ally is a pragmatist at heart and valued by clients for being a consultant who can provoke people to think about what their challenges are and deal with them head on. As a positive influencer of change, and not one to shy away from a challenge, Ally has the ability to encourage change in complex organisational environments and help make it stick. This high level of work is delivered with an approachable manner coupled with Ally's energy, which is also evident outside of work when she is taking part in marathons or cycling.
Eamonn brings over 30 years of consulting experience and a combination of intellectual rigour, skill and compassion to his work with organisations around the world. Practical and results-focussed, Eamonn’s passion is helping leaders and their organisations to learn, grow and succeed. His conviction that sustainable change is best achieved through a whole systems approach has fuelled his interest in large group interventions and he is as comfortable facilitating a meeting of 300 hundred and more as he is coaching a key individual. When he is not working with clients to enable them to be bigger and bolder, he can often be found on a tennis court challenging himself to do the same.
Andrea has a potent mix of intellectual rigour, insight and empathy which she uses to make a positive difference that will really stick for her clients. She very quickly grasps the business agenda and takes a practical approach to deliver enhanced business results. She is skilled at spotting the patterns that get in the way and confronts them frankly and compassionately. She blends her professional role with being a mum, which keeps her grounded if somewhat time-challenged!

Based in Dublin but engaging with clients globally, Helen gets under the skin of her clients to establish and identify the organisation's challenge to then re-surface with inspiring and bespoke solutions. This hands-on approach is backed with a wealth of experience and knowledge of Leadership and Organisational Development across diverse sectors and its Helen's ability to adapt to various cultures that excites clients to listen, engage and learn.
Kendra is based in Chicago but travels worldwide to work with leaders within organisations to enhance their leadership qualities to help manage change and build a strong culture within. With extensive business experience in the US market and her unique ability to learn and adapt to diverse cultures, Kendra offers an authenticity and informed knowledge to clients. Her approach is simple; build relationships and transfer knowledge, but the outcome is powerful.
Watching the change that occurs within organisations is what motivates Michael as each client is unique and so is the outcome. Known as a compassionate person by colleagues and clients alike, Michael delivers all his work by building strong relationships with people. However, this caring attitude should not be underestimated, as he balances this with a strong, focus and thought provoking approach to enable clients to clearly understand what is required to lead and change their organisation. Michael unwinds through his admiration for slightly off beat music, (listening to his playlist), art and holiday vineyard visits.
Roby’s professional purpose is to build leadership and organizational capacity – enabling organisations to become more effective and enriching the lives of the people that work in them. Over the last 20+ years, he has helped global organisations address complex change challenges by clarifying their purpose and values, and then delivering their long terms goals by building high performance cultures. This has involved working in many sectors and geographies on everything from 1:1 coaching, expert leadership change and senior team facilitation, through to whole organisation consulting. Colleagues and clients say they value his openness, calm energy, creativity, in-depth insights and pragmatic approach (oh, and occasionally his penchant for purple!).
Originally trained as a systemic psychotherapist, Dorothee has always taken a keen interest in how organisations function as systems and her interventions focus on the relational aspects of human interaction and change. Her work has spanned across one-to-one work, to working with teams and groups, to large organisational change programmes. Dorothee brings her systemic thinking and natural curiosity into all of her practice. She observes and works with the patterns that individuals and teams create with each other, and explores narratives that exist about current organisational challenges and problems. Originally from Germany, Dorothee has spent the last 18 years in the UK. In her free time she is a keen open water swimmer and swims all year round - in freezing temperatures, which makes her feel incredibly alive!
A recent joiner to Sheppard Moscow, Stuart is a key associate and can be found quite often in the London Office. Stuart is a senior and experienced consulting professional who has more than 20 years’ experience helping global clients solve complex social problems in order to improve performance. As an expert facilitator and coach, he specialises in getting deeply connected to individuals, groups and their ideas in order to catalyse change and collaboration. With a personal and engaging style Stuart makes it possible to challenge clients in a respectful, supportive and careful manner. He brings an international and diverse perspective, drawing on experience from working in many geographies and sectors, particularly Energy, Technology, Pharma and Financial Services.
With a true passion and interest in different cultures and engaging with people, within and outwith her working environment, Lucy embraces change with a highly motivated approach. Working with senior leaders to bring about organisational change is a key strength for Lucy as she enjoys positively pushing boundaries to uncover new potential in people and organisations. Lucy firmly believes that life is a journey and it can be said that she has truly travelled to almost every corner of the globe.
