Open Programmes: Positive Power and Influence Previews
Positive Power and Influence (PPI) Previews and Director's Positive Power and Influence (DPPI) Previews are ideal for those responsible for recommending development solutions for others, as well as people considering the programme for themselves.
We regularly invite decision-makers to join us for lunch and an introduction to the programme. It's a chance for us to show you the key elements and benefits of the programme, for you to ask any questions and to see what past participants have said.
The Previews are hosted by experienced PPI and DPPI facilitators and combine presentation and conversation with some example exercises for you to try.
We aim to provide a feel for both the content and style of the programmes. We'll show you how participants first recognise their current approach, explore and practise alternatives and develop style flexibility – the ability and confidence to select and use the right style at the right time.
