Sheppard Moscow sponsor forthcoming Corporate Research Forum workshop
We are delighted to announce that Sheppard Moscow is sponsoring the Corporate Research Forum’s (CRF) forthcoming event - Employee Engagement & Organisational Performance to be held at Trinity House in London on 3 February, 2010.
At the event, you will hear the latest findings from our research partners, the CRF, on how the recession is impacting on employee engagement, what lessons have been learnt for the future and what will make engagement ‘fresh' and real in 2010 and beyond.
The workshop will examine in a highly participative way what the reality has been ‘at the coalface' in tough times, and what should be the foundation stones for future practice.
There will be input on experiences over the past ten years in Lloyds Bank and from David McLeod who has written a report for the UK government on how organisations can enhance performance through employee engagement. Sheppard Moscow partner Roger Vicarage will interview Jackie Eaton from the Financial Services Authority about how they have managed employee engagement during the toughest times and talk about the work we have done together in the FSA to support their engagement strategy.
