Sheppard Moscow leads Change for CRF in Barcelona
We were drawn to sponsor CRF's Barcelona event as a result of its very practical focus – which arose from CRF’s 2009 research report on ‘Configuring HR for the Future’.
The report drew from conversations with 40 thought leaders and top HR practitioners, the upshot of which was that the HR function should be re-shaped and focused on organisational effectiveness. Everything the HR function does, it suggested, should be designed to help meet the business needs of today and tomorrow, and to enable future re-invention.
That means concentrating energies on priorities – the activities and initiatives that really make a difference, and cutting out the ‘nice-to-haves’. The report identified Talent, Change and Performance as three key essentials for any organisation to tackle in order to be effective and to differentiate itself.
The conference will be a great opportunity for people to engage with these topics in a meaningful way and we’re delighted to be sponsoring, attending and facilitating at the event. Watch out for an update in our next newsletter.
