Sharing Practice through Sheppard Moscow’s Open Programmes
When it comes to open programmes, Sheppard Moscow is probably best known for facilitating Positive Power & Influence, one of the world’s leading influencing skills programmes. We’re proud of what we help individuals achieve through their learning from this programme and the difference it helps them to make when they’re back at work.
Facilitation & Consulting Skills
However, did you know that we also have a range of open programmes which are focused at sharing our deep expertise in facilitation and consulting? For over 40 years, Sheppard Moscow has worked with organisations around the world to develop talent, leadership, culture, teams, executive skills, and we have worked on just about every organisational development agenda you can think of. This experience and our internal practice development and focus on continuous learning have helped us to develop highly effective consulting and facilitation processes and approaches. We are passionate about what we do and privileged to be able to share our knowledge with our clients when we work in partnership with them on our organisational consulting assignments. However, we also share our knowledge through our popular open programmes, Advanced Consulting Skills and Advanced Facilitation Skills.
These programmes are mainly aimed at experienced professionals, whether working as internal consultants or in roles similar to our own as professional consultants and facilitators. They are also helpful to leaders who wish to develop specific skills in these areas to enhance their effectiveness on the job. While the Sheppard Moscow facilitators bring all of their own experience and our practice to the workshop, participants (usually drawn from a wide range of industries and cultures) often learn just as much from one another as they do from us. And for us, the best part of sharing our practice is that we learn a great deal too!
Authentic Leadership
Sheppard Moscow has a strong track record in working with client organisations to develop leaders for now and for the future. We also apply this depth of expertise to our open programmes offering through our excellent Authentic Leadership course. In challenging business contexts, with flatter organisations and more rigorous corporate governance, organisations require a values-led, purpose-based leadership style and leaders need an authentic compass and an ability to inspire followership. This focus on authentic leadership complements our deep expertise in working with leaders at a behavioural level, developing the interpersonal and relational skills which are so essential to leading in these uncertain times.
So if you want to achieve a step-change in leadership or in your facilitation and consulting skills, on a highly experiential, practical programme, learning with other experienced professionals, talk to the people who know how.
