We are looking for senior consultants with a broad range of experience across the fields of Organisational Change, Organisational Development, Business Transformation, Team Effectiveness and Executive Coaching. It is important that this person has a proven track record of Business Development and they would be able to contribute significantly in this area within a short period of time.

Specifically we are looking for someone to help us establish our presence in the USA. Currently 20% of our business is based there. Ideally this person needs to be a senior consultant with the broad level of experience describe, and who can bring a wide network of US clients which would help further strengthen our business in the USA.
