We are currently looking to appoint a small number of senior consultants who have wide experience of facilitating organisational change and leadership development. We work at depth with individuals, teams and whole systems and would expect anyone joining to be able to evidence that capacity as well as having undertaken significant personal development work on themselves. We also need you to have a track record of successful business development and the ability to quickly contribute developing new streams of consulting business.
